What You’ll Experience
This retreat blends solo time for reflection with group experiences for connection and growth. We’ve designed each activity to support your journey of self-discovery and healing, but it’s not about following a rigid schedule—it’s about listening to yourself and letting your intuition guide your experience.

Retreat Schedule
Arrival
Feel free to arrive anytime after 4pm on February 20th. The retreat officially begins at 5pm with a welcome gathering.
Departure
We’ll conclude by noon on February 23rd. We ask that everyone stay fully present and engaged until the end of the retreat.

Pricing & Payment
We offer several payment options to fit your needs:
Private Room: $1,350
Shared Room: $1,250
Double Room: $1,200 per person (if attending with someone else)
Dorm Room: $1,050
Secure your spot with a $500 deposit before December 1, 2024 to lock in these rates. Prices will increase after that date. If paying in full isn’t possible right away, we’re happy to offer flexible payment plans—just let us know!
How to Register
Space is limited to 20 participants. If you’re ready to join us, fill out the form below. We process registrations on a first-come, first-served basis. After you register, we’ll send a link for you to make your deposit or full payment.
Registration
Once registered, we’ll send you a short questionnaire to help us get to know you better and prepare for your arrival. This email will also include a basic outline of the retreat schedule, so you know what to expect.
Logistics
Location
Our retreat is hosted in Leavenworth, Washington, a scenic location surrounded by mountains and rivers.
Transportation
While you won’t need to leave the retreat center during your stay, some guests choose to have a car for trips into town. Carpooling can also be arranged through our private Facebook group. If you're coming from Seattle, there’s a train to Leavenworth, and for an additional $35, we can arrange a ride from the train station to the retreat center.
Private Facebook Group
Once registered, you’ll be invited to a private group where you can connect with other attendees and collaborate on transportation plans.
Cancellation Policy
We’re unable to offer refunds, but if something comes up and you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. Just let us know, and we’ll handle the details.
About Your Host
Olivia Lehman is a therapist, speaker, and embodiment coach with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. She is a part of the Seattle School of Body-Psychotherapy training as a Core Energetics Practitioner. She is a licensed therapist in Washington state.
Olivia’s work is rooted in helping individuals embrace their bodies, shed societal conditioning, and connect more deeply with their inner power.
She lives in Seattle with her dog, where she loves to spend her time connecting in nature and in community embracing the fullness of life.
