Olivia Lehman
My name is Olivia Lehman, and I am a somatic therapist and embodiment coach.
I deeply believe in the power of therapeutic work. Therapy and body-oriented healing modalities have had a profound effect on my own life, and I am grateful to share this with others. This work is transformational, grounding, and healing for our body, our emotions, our thinking patterns, our behaviors, and our spirit.
Born and raised in the midwest, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in business marketing before completing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology—a small, relational, psychoanalytic training program in Belltown. I am a licensed therapist in Washington State and continue my education through the Seattle School of Body-Psychotherapy, where I am training as a Core Energetics Practitioner.
I work with individuals and couples who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, issues surrounding sexuality, shame, infidelity, and life transitions. My work focuses on identifying and understanding the blocks that hold clients back, helping them navigate life with greater freedom. I also have a particular interest in working with women who are becoming pregnant, currently pregnant, or are experiencing trauma from their birthing experience.
I approach the art of psychotherapy through multiple lenses and modalities, drawing from psychodynamic, somatic, attachment, interpersonal, and experiential therapies. My work is deeply rooted in body-based practices, integrating Core Energetics to help clients release tension, reconnect with themselves, and build capacity for emotional and relational growth. At the heart of my practice is the relational dynamic between us—the connection we build becomes the foundation for transformation.
In therapy, we are able to check in with the body, the mind, and our patterns to interrupt less adaptive cyclical ways of thinking. In our current overstimulated, disconnected, and productivity-driven world, listening to and honoring the truth of our own bodies is an essential form of activism.
I have been honored to sit with people from all walks of life— younger and older, artistic and professional, LGBTQ+ and cisgender, BIPOC, immigrant, and first-generation individuals— who bring with them a wide range of stories, identities, and relational dynamics. My work is inclusive and intentionally focused on creating space for clients to explore their experiences without judgment.
I believe deeply in this work and in its ability to help us move toward freedom and authenticity. That belief has been shaped by my own commitment to personal growth—I have engaged in my own therapy for over a decade and know firsthand the courage it takes to step into this process. I also believe therapists must walk this path themselves to truly hold space for others.
Beyond the therapy room: I am a woman, a daughter, a sister, and a dog mom to Pocket. I’m a yogi, dancer, an artist, a writer, and an explorer of embodiment and femininity. I love good food, good company, and hosting.
I am alive for connection. I am and will always be becoming.

What is Core Energetics?
Core Energetics is a somatic approach to therapy that connects the mind, body, and emotions to help you break through blocks and uncover your authentic self. At its core, this type of therapy works with the energy held in the body, recognizing that past experiences and emotions are stored physically. By bringing awareness to these patterns and energy flows, we can release what no longer serves us and unlock new possibilities for healing and growth. Through this process, you gain greater access to your emotional and energetic resources, allowing you to live more fully and authentically.
In my work, I integrate Core Energetics with my teachings on masks—the roles we take on to protect ourselves from pain and vulnerability. These masks often limit us, keeping us stuck in old patterns that no longer serve our well-being. By identifying and working through these masks, we can release the energy held in them and reconnect with our true selves. This combination of Core Energetics and mask work supports deep transformation, helping you step into a life of greater freedom, authenticity, and empowerment.
